Shipping & Delivery

Collector Tractor pre-orders will be shipped out once the item is available from the manufacturer. The estimated shipping date is included in the items description. All other orders are shipped within 72 hours Monday - Friday 8 am - 4 pm.

How much is shipping?

Once you've clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and choose a shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.

Return Policy

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return and exchange the product for another one or if that product is no longer available get a refund.
  • You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you received it.
  • Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

How to Return an Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.

  1. Please email farmtoys@dyersville.com to request a return, and we will assign you a tracking #.
  2. Mail your returned item to:

  3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
